EDSON reflects on the first time he walked through the doors of Alchemy Cryotherapy Centre and how he found the gift of friendship in the midst of a stressful time in his life. Here’s his inspiring story . . .
If you are coming to Melbourne and are looking to get oxygenated or try the Cryotherapy, this is the place for you.
I come to meet the Alchemy Cryotherapy Centre after I decided to do some mHBOT (Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy) I want to be oxygenated and feeling good, however I never thought I would find what I did there at the Alchemy Cryotherapy Centre! The place is amazing, very modern and stylish, the procedures are done with professionalism and care where everything is so well explained, it’s one of those places that you notice straight away that the crew, do care about you and treat you as a friend, and not just a number who brings money to the place.
I have the pleasure to meet Nitel who’s been a such great help and support, that was the start, then I meet Julian, a nice soft-spoken young guy who really knows about what he’s doing making me feel so comfortable with the procedure I was undertaking; them both are two enlightened human beings who have made a huge difference in my very stressful last weeks. They are so friendly that sometimes I have this funny feeling that I didn’t meet two new people, it was more like I’ve met two old friends who cares for me and gets out of their way to accommodate my needs.
The mHBOT chamber is amazing, being a diver, I’ve always wanted to feel how it would be to have this experience, of course without having the bends! During the procedure you’re taking to 1.5 atmosphere, about 5 metres deep; the chamber is comfortable, and its open window makes the journey even more comfortable and relaxing.
The session goes for about one hour and the feeling you get is of a nice fresh air which makes your mouth and body tingle in a very nice way, it’s so relaxing that I go away mentally resting my mind from all bad things.
As yet I didn’t try the cryotherapy, but I’m feeling so amazingly good that this is just a matter of time before I take the plunge into that amazing cold room to boost all my body immune system.
I am so happy that I found this place and these two-amazing people, I most definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new that’s so beneficial to your body and mind!

Being very honest, we should experience more alternative things, because the truth of the matter is, the conventional is creating more problem and people are not getting any better, they just have their conditions managed, but never cured.
