1. I discovered Alchemy Cryo when…

When I was in a very dark pit. The idea of something revolutionary alleviating the hoax of health symptoms I was experiencing couldn’t have been more appealing. The experience exceeded all curiosity, I have been a game Alchemy advocate ever since my first Cryo.

This is the beginning of a lifelong romance.

3. Why I love to Cryo…

Cognitive clarity, reduction of brain fog, anxiety alleviates, strength is felt, energy springs back, sleep is enhanced, skin improves, joint pain softens, compassion is reaped… Shall I continue? It’s a love alright!

4. Why I decided to do 15 consecutive days of Whole Body Cryo…

As anyone else who has been crippled to their knees in the face of health adversity knows, whatever it takes, however challenging it may be, bring it on if it means I can come back to me. This is why I did the challenge, it was phenomenally healing – mentally, physically and spiritually.

As mentioned above, it really enabled my entire immune system to renew itself. It felt as if I had hacked into the health care market and found the secret weapon to bring you back. A highly underrated, life changing experience.

12.  My Pro Cryo Tip… 

To remain grounded and calm, feel into the song. Remain conscious of your breath and aware of your thoughts, I intentionally pep myself up with affirmations such as, “you are healing, you are strong, you can.”

I find this not only helps but contributes a higher meaning to the entire experience.

13. My go-to post-Cryo snack or meal…

Something nourishing, generally. Another bonus of Alchemy Cryo is it banishes all those hormonal and emotional sugar cravings.

15. My nutrition regime during the 15 Days…

When we treat our bodies like junk, we eat junk. When you take on the diligence of self-care with something as healing as Alchemy, you feel good, so you eat good. Simple.

16. My MOVEMENT regime during the 15 Days…

Yoga and walking, all my body could handle. It’s such an intuitive responsibility to honour that.

17. When I’m not at Alchemy Cryo, you can find me… 

Studying Youth Work, Teaching Yin Yoga, reading Mitch Albom or Scott Peck novels, snuggling up to an almond milk chai, being close to the ocean, coaching conscious women, meditating on insight timer and writing heart wrenching poems x
